Warchalking

Video, 2 min

Fall 2002

Warchalking exposes wireless Internet networks through hand-inscribed chalkmarks in urban environments. Originating in London, Warchalking is ephemeral—the chalkmarks remain visible only temporarily and spur the need for constant renewal, appropriate for the shifting and changing states of wireless nodes.
